Return / Exchange Policy

Thank you for your purchase from us at Islands. More than anything, we want you to love your purchased pieces.

 

Website orders are eligible for a full refund to original payment method (excluding shipping fees), or online gift card, If product(s) are returned within the 14 day period after the date that your order was delivered.

 

Items that were purchased need to be returned in the same, "sellable" condition as when originally purchased. i.e: not washed, not worn, not damaged, and with all original tags and accessories attached. Footwear must include the original shoe box in its original condition. After 14 days, you will be issued full refund to original payment method.

 

SALE/DISCOUNTED ITEMS are FINAL SALE and are NOT eligible for return/refund/exchange/store credit.

 

The following items CANNOT be returned:

Final Sale/Discounted items - including; items purchased with a discount/promo code

• Jewelry

• Swimwear

• Home & Beauty products

 

Please neatly repackage your items including receipt or online order confirmation that came with your purchase. Any return shipping fees are the customers responsibility. For exchanges please list the Size/Color you wish to exchange for and send to:
